I'm really not trying to be disgusting in any way but what is the best sitting position on the toilet to make sure that everything that needs to come out comes out?

It's usually best to sit there and relax. Forcing things make end up hurting you. If you have difficulties in getting everything out, then I would suggest purchasing some stool softeners. They are not laxatives, so you won't have to worry about running to the restroom and plowing down anyone in your way. They are just exactly as it sounds. Also, if you don't wish to take the medicine, try putting more fiber into your diet. Fiber helps to "get things moving", and in a healthy way as well. Here's a site with a list of foods with fiber in them. I hope this helps.
