Okay so I have a little problem,, I ejaculate too early during sex. I haven't lasted longer that 3 minutes which becomes irritating after a while. I've tried several techniques to last longer but none of them worked at all... What can I do to last longer and satisfy my girlfriend more??
VoiceofReason answered Wednesday August 15 2012, 9:59 pm: There are actually two things you can do:
1. Ejaculate via masturbation before you see your girlfriend. This has the dual effect of getting some of that ball tension off the table and you'll be more relaxed.
2. When you enter her, you want to make your mind completely blank and your body limp. Take a couple deep breath and just let your thoughts evaporate into the ether and pump away like a machine. This will help deaden the sensations you are receiving from the friction you are generating with your penis against her vaginal walls. Once she has cum, then you can kind of turn your brain back on and get off.
Your brain has to be completely blank. If you try to suppress the urge to shoot, you will anyway because you are concentrating so hard on that idea. It's like what happens when Catholic priests try to suppress their urges. It's going to get exp0ressed somehow. [ VoiceofReason's advice column | Ask VoiceofReason A Question ]

Also, there are certain types of lubricants that you can get at adult shops or even your local pharmacy, that also help performance. They contain small amounts of benzocaine, (a generic form of novacaine) to also help a males performance. It slightly numbs your genitalia allowing you to last longer. There are many other things to help enhance your performance, just look around and read about them. Hope this was of some assistance, and good luck.
