How can I learn to type quickly? I was accepted for employment. Now I am a secretary, and I need to work much with documents and computer. Unfortunately I am not that good at typing, and that really upsets me. Is there any way to train this skill?

Yes there is. You need to train proper technique, by learning how your hands should be positioned/used so as to train optimal use of all your fingers.
This is a pdf showing how the hands should be used:

A google search will give you a tonne of free and paid options.
Beyond that its just down to practice. Using online lessons will help you get used to hitting keys that one does not use often.
Anyway, I strongly recommend that you learn to use the fingers right even if it may take longer. I made the mistake of teaching myself and now I find that I hit a plateau at 60-70wpm no matter how hard I practice, because I am simply not doing it right... and if I want to get better I have to unlearn my crappy technique :P ]
Oh you'd better train more. Do you have your own PC at home? Try to take dictation and learn a keyboard better. I am sure soon you'll make progress! By the way, you can check up how quick your type here: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
Good luck! ]
