Try and see if you can find a paper bag and try taking slow deep breathes into it and see if it helps. Panic attacks can come on at any time from any type of stimuli, movies, music, people, ect. Just give that a try and I hope it works for you. If it doesnt you may have the problem where you take on and internalize things that you see, I forget the name of the disorder but if thats the case you may want to see if your parents will let you see a psychologist or psychiatrist but I'm hoping the paper bag works for you!
