Bracket on braces came loose?

Question Posted Tuesday June 19 2012, 5:32 am

I've just noticed that one of my brackets on my braces has come off the tooth. It's still attached to the wire, but it can still move about a little bit.

I've read online that you have to call your orthodontist ASAP and get an appointment, but I was told not to ring unless 2 or more brackets fall off. My next appointment's in about 3 weeks.

I'm just really confused because everyone tells me different things! Thanks xx

I would suggest just calling and speaking with your oral hygienist, you can never be too careful. Call your orthodontist and ask for their opinion, and take it from there.
