how do you get rid of self harming scars?

When I was 13 I had cut my wrist,with my boyfriend's name (well ex now) cause he hurt me badly,he told me he loved me and my best friend and he choose her,so on.. so I cut my wrist,then he did it again,and the mark had gone so I went over it,then about 4-3 months ago he did the same so I did the same but on my arm a heart with his first letter of his name inside the heart,yes I know cutting myself was silly,I have noticed that now,but there is a red mark of he scar of the heart there now,the first scar has gone but my arm has a heart there when my temperature is high,how would I be able to get rid of the heart? Please help x

On a side note, you should really speak to someone if you feel the need to self harm. School councilors and psychiatrists are all available.

Regarding the scars, you should use some sort of lotion that contains Vitamin E. Palmers Cocoa butter, with Vitamin E is good. It's not too expensive either.

Bio-oil is an oil used for scars and stretchmarks. It contains Vitamin E too. It's pretty expensive, but you only use a little and so it's quite cheap in that way. It really does work, and can be found at pharmacists and supermarkets.
