You need to tell the Father of your child to visit a doctor. No one on here is a doctor, and so we can not help you.
It may just be a little bit of muscle tissue that is torn. This is not so bad, but can cause an infection.
It may also be cancer.
So like I say, visit your doctor and see what they say.
