melissa123 answered Sunday June 3 2012, 2:18 am:
well to get your body more energized, is to have a sleeping schedule. you should go to bed every night at the same time and wake up at the same time. (whether it's a school day or summer break)

if on a school night you go to bed at 10 and wake up at 7 and the next day not being a school day going to bed at 3 in the morning at waking up at 1 in the afternoon, it will throw your whole day off and make you more tired than if you have a regular schedule.

also exercising early in the morning before you start your day energizes your body!

i hope i helped. if you have any questions just message me!

good luck! :)

melissa.
