what do i do when stock take lands on the day i go on my holidays an i get told i cant have it off naw because the manager who told me i could have it got sacked an if i go i could loose my job

i wouldn't contact anoyone else but the person who told you you can't because if you get other people involved and if the other people override him or he gets in trouble, he is going to make your time their miserable! and DON'T say something like "the other manager that use to work here would have let me" because he will probably get mad & thats no good.

You should defintally just contact someone else at your work. possibly like your department manager or someone else in charge. im nsure its fine. oh and hope you have fun on your vacation!
