Questions I have been getting lately at interviews are: describe yourself; what 2 words describe you best; what is customer service; why is customer service important. They also have scenario questions like if a customer did this or that, what would you do.
Some tips: think before you answer. Always be polite(like at the end tell the person interviewing you "thank you for your time" or "it was nice to meet you"). Really think about why you want to work at the place your applying because that usually helps in answering most questions they ask(such as if they ask to describe yourself make sure you name qualities/characteristics about yourself they specifically want, but they also have to honestly describe you).
