During the first few months, the reproductive organs are mostly working on GROWING the site of the embryo/fetus, and then as delivery approaches, breasts begin to change to prepare for lactation.
Your symptoms could just be a side effect of hormones, such as birth control, or just reacting to changes in your body, as puberty is continuing.
To be safe, you should get a pregnancy test. But I think you're in the clear:)
