You should try to figure out the reason why your feelings for him are not the same. Also reconsider the fact that you have only been together 7 months maybe it's to early to be bring marriage into your relationship. I think you should just tell him you love him but your just not ready to take that big step yet! Let him know that you will love to marry him but it's just to soon. Marriage puts alot stress on people especially those in short-term relationships.
