in the past few months i have recently noticed that i am not sleeping most days of the weeks, i only realised this when i was talking to a mate bout what i have done productive and she asked when i did it i wasnt going to lie to her. 2 days out of 7 i will sleep and when i do i have a night mare always different. i have had nothing to worry bout that im sure off other than my exam in may which i am preparing for as its a practical exam. exam stress/worry doesnt cause me to loose sleep. is it normal for someone of 19 nearly 20 to be experiencing this and how do i go about it my doctor wont do anything?

keeping your mind active can make it harder to get to sleep also you can buy music like waves that help to get to sleep or even just a little sparkly light although it sounds kiddyish it really does work!
