Period Questions...
I am on my period and after I got undressed to get into the shower my period got suddenly very heavy. It came out like 3 times with a lot each time. Within 2 minutes. Does this have to do with the serious stress I get from showers? I have a lot of fears of showers. I know that when you stress enough your period can not come but my period had already started. Thank you!

Im not sure if stress has anything to do with it, but that used to happen to me all the time.
Most of the time it would happen after i was laying/sitting down for a long time.
When i would wake up in the morning and get out of bed a ton of blood would come out all at once.
The first couple times it happened it freaked me out.
I just assumed laying down all night made the blood build up and when i stood up it all would drain out.
I found the feeling really gross so i started using tampons all the time and i never have to feel all the blood come out anymore!!!
