Im in love with my best friend
he told me he liked me 3 years ago and i told him i didnt feel the same way. which was a lie i was just scared that if things didnt go well i would lose my best friend. Things got a little weird between us after that. Then like 5 months later he went out with this girl i hated. When i tried to ask him why he was dating her he said why do u even care? and we didnt talk for like 2 months after that. We started hanging out but with other people there. Things didnt work out with him and his girlfriend so to cheer him up me and him went to the moves together and after we got ice cream which we shared. 2 weeks later i finally told him i liked him then he said he wasnt looking to date anyone since he just got out of a relationship. so then i panicked and said i was just kidding and to forget i ever said it. Its been a years since then but i still really really like him and we are going to hang out this weekend should i try telling him again?
