There are 2 signs in this behavior you showed that he likes you
1.) Touching you (when he put his arm around you)
2.) joking about going out with you
These 2 signs are assumptions he likes you but we do not have enough enough imformation on what's going on with him to know for sure if he likes you. As for your first kiss you're only 14 yuu got time girl! Just take deep breaths and pretend like your with your friends :) Really, they're just a boy FRIEND so treat him like crowned friend.
Good luck and I hoped I helped!
