guys that age are still learning new things and are really immature. This is wrong too and he shouldn't be doing it, tell him to stop. He probably isn't getting enough girl attention and just wants to bother you

This is how to goes in 8th grade :P every guys want this to see a girl and her reactions to it. So if it bothers you tell him to stop because he shouldn't be doing that. it's all bout boys and how imature they are (hehe ) So stand up for your self if you feel the need becase it is Inappropriete
