17/f. I need to get rid of thc in my urine by february 13. Please, i dont need negative criticism. I know its bad. Please helpp!! I weigh 136 & am 5'4 if that helps!
One other thing. thc will stay in your hair much longer than it will stay in your urine. If someone really wants to see if you are smoking wee a 1cm clipping will give them all they need to know if you have smoked in the past 30 days. [ adviceman49's advice column | Ask adviceman49 A Question ]

(the juices for their high acidity rate, and detoxification qualities). As for cardiovascular exercises, I would suggest jogging at least 30 minutes to 1 hour a day. But you also have to take into consideration on how often and how much you have smoked. If you were a daily to bi-daily smoker, then it'll take at least 3-5 weeks for it to leave your system. If you smoked it just once, then it may take only 1 week - 2 weeks. THC is NOT stored in your urine, but stored in your body fat, and EVERYONE, regardless of what they wish to think or say, has body fat, as it is essential to our body's make-up. But remember, if you can get your heart pumping for 30 minutes to 1 hour a day or at the least, every other day, as well as drinking PLENTY of fluids such as water and juices containing antioxidants, that will help speed up the cleansing process. But like I stated previously, this depends on how much and how often you smoke. The chemical THC from marijuana can stay stored in your body from 1-5 weeks.
