iTunes credit went away?

Hi there, I had about $.30 in iTunes then for Christmas I got a $25 iTunes card. I put in the code and bought some songs for just under half of that. It told me I had $.70 for a while, then it went back to the right amount. Today I tried to buy a song and it said insufficient credit score. I looked and saw that it's back to $.70. Did I get hacked? What do I do?

It does not sound like you got hacked but it might be a problem so call itunes customer service that is about the best thing you can do
