There are a number of reasons. When a woman has an orgasm, her uterus contracts, and if there is any blood inside of your uterus at the time, the contractions "push" out the blood. This does however happen to many women. Light spotting or bleeding after an orgasm may be related to forceful uterine contractions, hormone changes or imbalances.
I do have a question as well though and perhaps it could be have an answer, are you currently on the depo shot? When your on the depo, it causes the lining in your uterus to deplete and causes the skin inside your uterus to become like chapped lips. And when you orgasm, your uterus of course, contracts, causing the uterine lining to move, resulting in bleeding. This can happen with or without pain. It can happen with orgasms and randomly. As well, there could be ovarian/uterine/cervical cysts that "pop" during orgasms. You may sometimes notice it due to pain, though sometimes they do pop painlessly.
There is also the possibility of it being an infection. MANY women get uterine infections without even realizing it. It is treated with a short course of antibiotics. Ruptured vessels can also cause bleeding after an orgasm. Another thing to ask yourself, is it a darker shade of blood? Like a brownish color? If so, it's nothing major to really worry about, as that could just mean a sluggish uterus. Meaning, it did not get ALL the blood out. If this is fresh blood, refer to the depo, if you are NOT on the depo, then I suggest going to your doctor, and adress him/her about this problem as it could be something worse. I hope this helped in some way. ]
