And so long as you do it the safe healthy way (Meaning do not binge and purge *aka Bulimia* and do not starve yourself *anorexia* because these cause bad weight problems in the future, meaning you'll gain wait due to your body's natural nutrient defense, it'll hold on to anything and everything you eat for if the starvation of any form should happen again) As for doing it 7 days a week, take it easy, you don't want to hurt yourself. I would say every other day, and cardio is good for losing weight, but you also have to realize that if you don't also properly tone your body while in the process of losing weight, you can be left with unsightly stretch marks. Also, when exercising, do remember, You WILL need sugars, if you don't want to feel "fat" while eating something sweet, go for something light, such as a sorbet. My boyfriend is a bod-builder, and he is in nice fit shape, but he doesn't deprive his body of any needed nutrients. He typically eats 2 honey buns. One 30 minutes before for the extra energy, and 1 30 minutes after to regain that energy. [ Rena-Chan's advice column | Ask Rena-Chan A Question ]
