My computer wont let me access my mouse settings, what do I do?
I went to Control panel, clicked on mouse and it says Windows cannot access the specific file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them. How do I change that?
For example, if it is a family computer do other members of your family have their own account?
If so, your account most likely has certain settings that prohibit you from accessing or changing anything on the computer. You will have to go onto another users account that does not have these features and change your own. [ c123's advice column | Ask c123 A Question ]
