My big toenail fell off more than once. What is happening to me?

My big toe nail has fell off three times one after another why is this

giving us more information would be helpful. mine's fallen off once before, because I smacked it with a steel girder. if its happening randomly with no external stimuli(like smacking it with a girder), then you should probably speak with a medical professional.
