One: You should start going out on dates with guys that how you find a boyfriend. You can't just one out of a group and claim as your boyfriend because that's not how it works.
Two: You shouldn't refer to yourself as a hoe. And nor should you pay attention to people that mayy call you a hoe. Be confident in yourself and don't let people tell you otherwise. Calling yourself a hoe shows the guy that really have no respect for yourself.
Three: It's not like its the 1800s you can go out and ask a guy you like out or flirt with a guy that you like and see what happens. Sometimes even making friends with guys helps because those friendships can turn into relationships or maybe you can meet someone they might know. You should go through the dating process and find the right one, a lot of girls just have boyfriends to have boyfriends and thats not the right thing to do. Take your time and don't rush yourself you're young.
Four: As for the guy you like why don't you talk to him? What's stopping you? Talk to him or flirt with him and see what happens.
