Were to buy?
Ok I am gonn buy a b day presant for my best friend/sister and I am gonna buy her neon nail polish cuz she loves nail polish, but the thing is I looked everwere cvs, walmart, walgreens, drugmart, Kmart, Target so on and so fourth and found nothing. I want to get her O.P.I or Nicole by O.P.I but I just cant fine any neon colors by them. I do not want Sally Hanson because for me it just dosnt work. I really want O.P.I or Nicole by O.P.I. I would really appreciate it if you can give me some places around my area so I can go to there website and cheack them out.
I would also really like to have a set of the nail polish like a 8 pack or so.
P.S. I live in Cleveland Ohio and my zip code is 44111.

It's funny you mentioned walmart and target because the ones by me have them..and I'm on Long Island.
Anyways.. I did a little research to see if you can purchase them online.. and I found a page of stores that carrier Nicole by O.P.I. if anything go to your local walmart and target and ask the cosmetics manager if she carries it.
