Well to start off with I'm 14 years old and I'm a girl, and I've had about 4 boyfriends in my life, the last time I kissed I was in primary school (10 years old) but it wasn't a proper kiss, because we got dared to do it, that's the only time in my life I have faced my fears and kissed someone, but I was a child what was I meant to know? Well now I've had this boyfriend for 2.5 years and all I've done is hugged him once or twice, and its really awquard, he's kissed lots of times, and he's had intimacy with another girl, but I can't even kiss him so I feel so stupid >.< We haven't even held hands, and we hardly speak face to face, but the thing is I fell in love with him, and and that makes it even harder! Well its been like this with every relationship I'm in, I'm too shy I just can't bring myself to get close the someone EVER! Help please !!! From Lauren,x
I will say this.. my first kiss.. was a dare as well.. except I was 15.. I didn't have a boyfriend until I was 19, that's when I had my first real kiss.. am I ashamed? No. I have morals and respect.. I don't want to look back when I'm 25..and see how many guys I have been with and how many lips I have kissed.. I want to look back..at how many I valued.. and how many were actually worth it. Personally I think 14 is too young to have a boyfriend for 2.5 years.. it seems to me that you are pushing yourself to be in a relationship that you are not ready for. I had friends at 14, who acted the same way you act now.. and 5 years later, as time matured so did they.. don't rush.. slow down.. you're only 14 once. :) [ LostAngel's advice column | Ask LostAngel A Question ]
