Anyways, I have the same problem with my hands and my toes always being cold. I have Raynaud's disease/ syndrome/phenomenon. It's caused by a blood vessel spasm.
Raynaud's disease is more than simply having cold hands and cold feet, and it's not the same as frostbite. Signs and symptoms of Raynaud's depend on the frequency, duration and severity of the blood vessel spasms that underlie the disorder. Raynaud's disease symptoms include:
Cold fingers and toes
Sequence of color changes in your skin in response to cold or stress
Numb, prickly feeling or stinging pain upon warming or relief of stress.
It's nothing to worry about, but I can't tell you for sure if you have this being that I am not your doctor. For more information I'd call your doctor or you can research more information at www.mayoclinic.com/health/raynauds-disease/DS00433/DSECTION=symptoms
The way I discovered this was being one day during my junior year of high school my finger tips started to turn blue. My mother freaked out when I came home from school and wasn't sure if she should take me to the ER or to the doctor.
It's just part of life and I accepted it, it makes me who I am..and yes people question why I sometimes wear gloves in the summer.. but I just accept my difference. :)
