Halloween Costume Ideas Under $30
So i want to spend 30 dollars or less. I was thinking of either being a fairy or an anime girl. i have a kimono and was thinking of making my eyes all big and wearing a wig. and for a fairy i have to buy a costume. is there anything i can do that is unique but still really cool ? where people will go oh my gosh that is awesome.. without having to pay 100 i need ideas. thank you!!

The anime girl is probably the easiest, I actually saw a tutorial for anime eyes and wanted to try it. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) (if the makeup she uses is too expensive, either use the makeup you have at home or buy something that's much cheaper and similar) and then get a funky wig, which any halloween store should have them. And in order to be a fairy you could do your hair up all pretty (if you have long here), and find a tutorial for fairy makeup, and then put on a pretty semi-formal dress if you have one... fairy wings shouldn't cost too much money.
