I had a one night stand that wasn't really SUPPOSED to be a one night stand last march/april. Well I got pregnant, and the guy kind of stepped up, or so I thought. We met after I found out I was pregnant and he gave me his work schedule and asked me to play doctors appointments around his work etc. Well he refused to be with me and started dating this girl that would send me nasty messages on facebook about how she can't believe I'm having a kid with her boyfriend and she was supposed to have his kids and all this bullsh*t. So anyway, he ended up blocking my number, deleting me and blocking me from facebook, blocking my email, etc. I looked him up on google and found all of these dating websites he belonged to, so I made accounts to them and sent him messages telling him I'd really like for him to meet his daughter. He deleted all of the accounts and blocked me again. What do I do? How do I get ahold of him? It's not fair that he gets to run away while I raise his child.

You could file for child support against the non custodial parent (you were not married when you had your daughter)It might cost you up front, but in the long run it will be best for you and your child. You may even find out about some options that you have that you didn't know about. You might need to make some decisions that the attorney can council you on. Sounds like the he might be a real loser and make trouble later, and THAT is what an attorney can help you with. Be prepared to pay a little bit, but if it is air tight and based on knowledge of the law about this kind of thing you and your child can end up not just winning this round, but have peace of mind about it, too. And that is important to have.
