Is he playing with my feelings or does he like me?
The guy I like broke up with his girlfriend about a month ago so I decided to give him some time. He texted me two weeks ago I flirted then he said he was sleepy so I said "I'm so bored but don't worry I'll get you back by bothering you tommorow:)" then I texted him the next day but he didn't answer. I texted him last week and he still didn't text back so I gave up. Then last night he texted me saying "you failed at bothering me" I told him well you didn't text back How was I suppose to know you weren't busy. Then he said because I wasn't. We talked for a little while. Now I'm so confused. Does he just want me to chase him? He dosnt text me back but then texts me asking why I didn't text him? Does he want to feel important? If thats what he wants I could play along but I'm not going to if he dosnt want me. Should I wait or text him today?

It sounds like he wants you to chase him, although it looks like he will chase you back if you leave him alone for long enough. If you're happy to play games like that then go for it, but make sure you're not the one doing all the chasing. It takes 2 to play this game.
