boyfriend says he is serious about me. what does he mean?

hi, me and my boyfriend been dating for 11 months now and we love each other a lot. i've recently moved in with him although that was his idea for me to move in with him but i'm happy to be move in with him. i just think it's too soon as well. i love him so much and he loves me loads as well. he says he wants to have a long relationship with me and also he says he is ''serious'' about me. we both are in early 30's. so my question is, what does he mean by ''serious'' and ''long relationship''? more thoughts and answers, please. thank you all for answering. cheers.

lovealways1221 answered Tuesday July 26 2011, 6:12 pm: well... it means exactly what it says.. he wants a serious and long relationship with you.. meaning he wants to have a future with you. get married, have kids, live together forever. He obviously is in love with you and adores you. And 11 months is not that early to be saying those things. My boyfriend said those things to me when we were dating for only 6 months.
Note- If you feel like its "too soon" to be moving in with him. And you're questioning his feelings for you.. then I highly recommend you reconsider your feelings for him. It sounds to me like you're unsure whether you're ready for this kind of commitment. If he isn't what you want, then please save him the heartbreak and just end it now. Don't lead him on if this isn't what you want.
