Stomach pains

Is it supposed to hurt when you press in you upper abdominal like where your actual stomach is?? What about If someone walks on it (like ur dogs or a little baby?) is it normal to hurt?

Well if you are pushing on it really hard yes... but maybe its just from being very active and exercising those muscles that is making them tender
