Hi 15f I Havel liked a guy for close to a year and I've finally sorta got him outta my head by falling for my friend he's like a big softhearted guy and he's a ladies man asinine eveyone loves him not in a love love way. But I'm in a different country and he's here to should I just keep flirting bc I kinda want something to happen like a kiss but I kinda don't bc the group I'm with were all gonna stay at this place with no adults and like some people say we would be cute together like but Idk if he likes me he always tries to kinda be by me but there's always the other girls who are just friends but they get so much in the way idk what to do help please

your question kind of confuses me. let me get this straight.. you like this guy. you want to kiss him. but are too scared because you don't know if he likes you back?
Well since you don't know for sure if he likes you.. I say just talk to him and make him notice you. You said these other girls keep getting in the way? well what do they have that you don't have?? You can do anything they can do, but better :) You have to have that attitude that screams "you're nothing better than me." don't let them get in the way and stop you.. Just go up to him and talk to him. Be a little flirty, ask for his number. Talk to him and be friends with him. If he shows positive signs that he likes you back, then you can make another move and hopefully it will progress far enough that something could happen between you 2.
