Even if I felt like I loved the guy I was with, I usually waited at least two months or three months before I express my feelings. It all depends on how long you have been dating. If you really feel like you love him but don't want to tell him too soon, tell him, "I feel really strongly for you..." or, "I'm starting to fall for you more and more..." if you feel skeptical about this subject.
Usually, I wait a few months but often let the guy know he means a lot to me and I enjoy spending time with him.
