I need tp loose 60 lbs

Ok..... Im 13 but have the body and mind of a 16/17 year old. Female.....Im 5'5" and weigh 215 lbs..... I need to lose 60 lbs because i should only weigh 150-155 lbs..... I dont want to have to work out.... What is the fastest way for me to lose this weight???

don't eat ANY snacks. only eat one portion of food. drink water. and do excersises, such as running, squats, crunches, jumping jacks... there are MANY excersises. you can go to a gym!


i heard that the "contour ab belt" works very well! my friend had it and she had the flatest stomach EVER! she said she would have it on like all day everyday! you should do research on it... but if you get it and you're using it, still eat only one portion of food, water and NO snacks.

i know a lot of people say eat healthy and work out a lot! but my stepo brother had to do the same exact thing that you have to, and all he did was drink water, ate no snacks, and only had one portion of food at dinner and by the time summer ended a couple years ago he was skinny, really skinny! but you HAVE to keep up on it. and he never worked out once, but if you want to loose it faster you prob should unless you like the belt idea!

or get a tredmill, i know those are expensive so maybe go to the gym!
