I'm a 20 year old female, 5'4.5" tall and weigh around 123-127lbs, but have until about the beginning of June always weighed around 120lbs. I don't look or feel like I have gained the weight that I have, and other than the walking around that I do at work on an almost daily basis, as well as the occassional run have a whole lot of time for exercise, so I know that I'm not gaining muscle. I have no idea why I am gaining all of this weight, but know that I am on the verge of taking drastic measures to lose it because I feel like I hate myself so much for having all this extra weight. It is making me feel ugly and wish that I could slim down overnight to 105lbs, I would rather be severely underweight than weigh this much! please help me! Oh, I also have a fairly narrow bone build

The problem is that if you do not feel good about yourself, no weight will meet your expectations. Drastic measures might make you loose that weight but trust me, they are not worth it. The salt water flush or even the lemonade cleanse wont help you. Now if you want to loose that weight which you hate, change your habits a little bit and get those pounds off quickly. Here are some healthy tips to help you loose weight. First of all drink lots of water. Secondly, do some nice toning exercises without pushing yourself. lastly it is a fact that people that count their calorie intake are twice as likely to be healthier and lose weight quicker. If you go on crash diets, you will gain weight and that will not take you anywhere to what you desire . I recommend you visit sites. I know how you feel. All you need is determination and you can shed those pounds without killing yourself from exhaustion or malnutrition or dehydration.
