Ectopic pregnancy, removed fallopian tube will I still get periods and can I get pregnant?

Hello all,
I am curious to know if I lost partial of my fallopian from one of my tubes from an ectopic pregnancy would I get my menstrual period on a monthly basis? I heard that I would miss one month due to my surgery. In addition, what are my chances to getting pregnant again? Thank you.
