Should the girl or the guy be the first one to make the first move? Why nd how are they gonna make the first move?

I completely agree with Jasmine. It's perfectly fine with either the guy or girl to make the first move. In my case, being a girl, I made the first move with my boyfriend, and we seem to be doing perfectly fine. We even laugh about it now, seeing as he was shy at the time.
Typical moves(as Jasmine stated):
-Longer hugs, maybe add a squeeze
-Holding hands (interlocking)
-Kissing (lips/cheek)
-Body language is key

There is no specific 'rules' stating that a guys has to make the first move,. or that a girl has to make the first move.
and remember there is nothing wrong with girls making the first move.
It depends on what you are wanting to do.
some are
- holding hands
- kiss on the cheek
- a longer hug then a usual casual hug
(Casual hug is 2 mississippi's at the max. 5 missisippi's is a meaning full hug)
