Every time I time talk to him, I feel like throwing up!

why do I always have butterflies in my stomach or feeling like the need to throw upp every time i talk to this guy i like? is there a way i can just talk normal and not feel this feeling in my stomach?

Yes. But you need to understand that the reason you're feeling like this is because you feel un easy in his company, because you like him but he doesn't know. To adress the situation properly, you'll have to tell him that you like him. Because then you'll both know where you stand with each other, and you'll feel alot more comfortable in his company-and the butterflies will go.
Try telling him in a quick note or something. I fit's just as small crush, then tyr and think of someone else when you talk to this guy, like a celebrity, and you'll feel at ease.
