Looking hot at the waterpark

How can I look hot when I go to the water park? I am going this weekend and I want to look hot! Whn my hair gets wet how can I do it so it doesnb look like crap and doesn't get all ratty? I am 14 f. I usually don't get ratty hair but it's at like my arm pits so how can I do it? Braid maybe? Also I am really white. I don't have time to get a tan in two days so how can I look not as white?Thanks SOOO MUCHH!!!(:

you could carry some conditioner, hairspray or hair gel that would hold it in place and if you're going to a water park i'm sure that you are going to get tanned so just put on a pair of hot shorts and a nice top with your hair looking all wet and that will be really hot
