Okay so I need to practice doing extended libs, but I can't just go pull a whole bunch of people on my team to practice. I am a flyer and I née a way to simulate that I am in the air flying. How can I do this?? Also what are some good tips on...

1)•saving a stunt
2)•being really tight
3)•better flexibility
4)•stunting practice.

I'm a dancer and very flexible. To keep my flexibility i practise the splits lots (centre, left, right) to keep my back flexible i try to touch my head to my toes with your legs behind not in front of you i hope this helps
