If you want to be able to download games or other apps on your iPod, you will have to create a new Account. To create a new Apple ID, you will have to go to settings on your iPod, scroll down to store, click on sign out because if you click on view details it won't show the password, then you will have to fill out some information, finally you will get to download games again.

Just go to the itunes store then click "sign in" on the top right. There should be an icon that says "forgot password".
