how can a 11 year old make lots of money in a year?

They don't. They might can get paid by their parents or neighbors for helping with chores, but that's about it.

They don't. They go to school to get their education, so when they are out of school they can go to good college, get a good job, and get lots of GOOD money. This is my opinion. Hope I could help(:
