I need fashion advice
Ok well I got a dress at Jcpennys its blue, white, purple and green its really pretty and it comes with a blue jacket and i got silver shoes to go with it so adorable but i need to know what I should do with my hair, makeup and my nails and where i should go and get them done but if you have at any suggestions that i could do my self would be very much appreciated. The dance is a tropical/hawaiian theme.

simple curls or lose curls or even beach curls would be a good choice for your hair,.
maybe a light coral color for your nails,. or even french nails?
Make up should be in the neutral palette.
