i need help with my bf's stress problum

me and my bf have been going out for a year and 3 months it's a long distance thing but in that time i did some really stupid things he forgave me for everything but he's really stressed and i caused it how do i help him control his stress and make it go away plz help

Long distance relationships can be very difficult. Not only because of the distance between you two but because you don't actually get to see eachother as often as you would like. It is a very good thing that you were so honest with your bf,. And came clean about these things that you did wrong.

He may just need some time to sort through all his feelings and emotions. Guys are very difficult people to understand.
I would just let him heal on his own about this whole thing, and i'm sure his stress will fade with time.
