how do i get the iron color to stay out of my hair?

i am a light brown and i love the color bleach blonde but i have hard water in my home so whenever i dye my hair blonde it turns like orange and i absolutly hate it!! if you could write me back any types of iron out that ACTUALY works it would be helpfull thankss<3

I would do something that your really good at. it may not be riding a unicycle well jugling bowling balls on fire. But everyone is is good at something.
