How do you know if your breasts are going to develope?

when they get tender, you'll tell.

for example, when something pushes on them softly and it hurts you pretty badly, that means they are tender/fragile. it means the tissue and muscle in your breasts are building up/enlarging and thats when they get tender.

you can also tell because when you get your period, your breasts get slightly bigger. blood circulation helps improve the size too. try massaging them for about a minute a day, this stimulates them and helps promote growth.
