You should always go to the doctor, if you have never had a yeast infection before. Multiple vaginal infections can look like a yeast-like infection. I've had multiple yeast infections, especially when I was pregnant. I wouldn't say they really itch, tho some people say they have itching, it's more the skin is red and irritated.
