for the past week, my 'dowstairs' has been itching/burning. its not around the actual vagina or inside, its more the lips/clitoris region. I havent had sex or anythin close to it in a year & 9 months so it cant be anythin from sexual contact. I bought a new thong & im thinkin maybe I forgot to wash them & now im irritated? what do you think I should do & what is this?

Okay if it just started recently it could be from the thong you didn't wash, But thats pretty unlikely. This question is kind of personal but do you shave down there? which is perfectly okay, but maybe you have razor burn down in that area that you are unfamiliar with. Or perhaps you cut yourself shaving and don't even know. Most cuts itch when they are healing. Hope this was helpful to you. Don't stress out to much. It's probably fine.
