I cant get contacts in, HELP!

I am 13 years old and i cant get contacts in. I wore glasses until 7th grade when i started noticing my appearence. Aau basketball is coming up and i need to get them in soon! But i cant! Help!Does anyone have any suggestions? Or an easy way i could get them in?

try videos online and practice often i usually use my index and middle finger, put your index finger on the top half of the contact and place it down gently with your middle finger don't worry if it doesn't reach the centre of your eye just KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN and move it about and it will fall into place

It takes time. Go back to your eye doctor and see if they can give you any advice. There's also YouTube videos that can show you how to do this. Try that before you go to the doctor.
